This is an IP phone. You should not expect to just plug it in and have it work. You will need to log into the phone and the phone system to register the phone.A Polycom VVX400 phone. Comes with the handset, stand, and a new handset cord. It has been set to factory options. Password=456. This phone will work as a standard SIP phone or for Microsoft Lync. You go into network config to option it for Lync or generic (SIP). It is defaulted to SIP as shipped. This does not come with a power supply, which is not needed if you have PoE (power over ethernet).
Cleaned. Tested with a 90 day warranty.
