Default how to fully delete an application on bold

Please Login to Remove!

hi there,

i just wanted to know how to fully delete an application on the blackberry bold. if i go to options - advanced options - applications and delete it that way will that erase absolutely everything on that application, or will there still be parts of the application on the blackberry that cannot be deleted?

please let me know.

I think,
But usally you would have to Reboot your BB after deleting to complete deleting process.

Always a safe bet to delete any application via DTM, since deletion by simply going to settings > options > advanced options > applications and deleting from the list on your phone can leave buggy remnants of the application to make your Bold start acting wonky...

Better safe than sorry.

I really believed that deleting the application from the phone is even safer since it reboots instantly... Anyhow, do we know where each application installs each file? Is it at one folder only or several files are also installed?

Also, why are some apps in the applications list in Bold letters and some other not? Any difference?

Hi,

I think it has to do with the application permissions.If they are in bold they have some custom permissions
