I am having a problem with my 9530 I upgraded to 5.0.0.328 about two weeks ago, everything worked great until this morning my sound is not working if the phone rings it will vibrate but not ring. This even happens when you go to the ringtone setup and click on the try it button. I am wondering if anyone else is having this same issue. I also found out that my music wont play or if it does it only plays for a second. I did a seach and couldn't find anything. I was wondering if there is anyway to fix this, thanks for all the help.

yeah tried that 3 different times no luck.

Pulling the battery fixed mine on the first day. Reset you alerts and rings again and make sure they are not on 0 or silent

Thanks everyone it seems to be a hardware problem because when i was messing with it and hit the side while trying to play a song the sound came back on and has been ever since. I think I will be making a trip to the local verizon store.

I went through this problem with my fourth Storm 1. My sound would come back with some shaking and tapping. New phone fixed the problem.
