Yup...I would have if I was with Rogers...but I'm with Bell, who only repairs and doesn't bother with exchanges on BB's. Truthfully, the swap can be done in moments with no evidence of tampering or worries about voiding warranty, if it's done correctly. I believe there's a step by step disassembly guide on this forum. Problem with the exchange is that a number of these 9780's have the same issue, and it only resurfaces some time after new, not always right away. I believe that that the 9700 keyboards do not have this issue, which is why I had suggested changing it for that...

Same as previous builds. I never see any difference between builds as far as battery life goes. I believe most who so, only believe they do, but in actuality, will really see no difference at all. I'm already on .534 now.
