Here's a question. I'm trying to figure out how to connect my laptop to Starbucks Hotspot with my H@H account. Now, I'm not trying to go thru my Curve but rather directly to SB wifi. If the Curve can connect, then a laptop should be able to. The only thing missing is what the authentication method is. The Curve has something like a "username" and "password" that it sends to the server to get authenticated. If I could match that in my laptop, then I'd be golden! Anyone have a clue what that might be?? MAC? PIN? IMEI? It must be something that was preset on the phone, since I never made any changes, like password, when I got the phone. My goal in doing this is to drop the $20 Hotspot charge.

Um, It costs money to use a TMobile Hotspot for laptop access. What you are doing by trying to circumvent it is theft.

Blackberrys are allowed on the TMo Hotspots for no extra charge but laptops aren't. If you want this access then pay for it.
