Default Shared folder in RIM Directory?

Please Login to Remove!

After downgrading to 4.2 os, i got all the themes and ringtones I didn't want back. So I figured I should do the http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...ee-memory.html tutorial and get rid of them. However, I get stuck... quickly.

The tutorial tells me to navigate to the RIM folder, and then to the "Shared" folder. My problem is, i don't have that shared folder.

If you ARE looking in the right place, AND have installed the OS, you will have the shared folder.

Look at: c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

NOT at c:\program files\research in motion\

Yeah, I've looked at the correct folder. And what OS do I need installed? I downgraded back to 4.2.1.107 after having 4.5

Sorry, but I'm not completely sure of what you mean.

Don't I need it installed on my computer to even have my phone downgraded to it?

If you did that, then OS 4.2 should still be installed on your PC.

Is it, or did you unistall the OS on your PC?
