hi. i have the bb bold and just upgraded it to the 190 os....
just wanted to know is there any way to configure email msgs to show as html?
i can only see them now all screwed up whenever i get a msg with a picture or a pic with a link in it or a picture not as an attachment...
can i change it in any way?

Your BES admin has to allow it in the IT Policy.

BES needs to be at least version 4.1.6 (4.1 with SP6) and IT Policy must allow HTML messaging.
