Where can I buy the curve online?
I want to get it with no contract. I am not in the states, and the prices at ebay are way higher than the ones in ATT...
Does anybody know?

Looks like you have covered most of the options already.

Amazon is not an option since it required a contract.

AT&T sells without contract, but you have to pay their price. Can't get everything you want, I guess.

Even if you live in the states, you cant buy a phone without a contract online. Your best bet is eBay.

prices in att stores are cheaper it seems... $500 (around) if I am not mistaking... I could probably get a friend of mine to go there and get it for me.

I got them with no contract but that was from calling the premier number and speaking with someone there. don't know how'd you do it without a corp account.
got decent price too for no contract, $409.99

Likley your best bet. Anyone can buy a 8300 at a store, account or not if will to pay full retail
