Enterprise activation problem

AT&T, 8310
The technician connected my device to my desktop and performed activation.
The IT policy and other stuff are in place. However, in Option -> Advanced, there is no option for enterprise activation, only MDS activation. And it shows as Not Activated.
Browser does not work (unable to connect to the selected mobile data service). Email does not work.
The technician said I should wipe the device and redo wireless activation. I'd want to avoid reinstall applications.
Anyway for me to force it to redo enterprise activation wirelessly?
