Hello, finally I got my Storm 9550 from verizon which Im loving a lot...

But I do have a couple of questions...

1. Isnt supposed to have stereo speaker? I can se the speakers on the top and bottom of the unit, but I can only hear sound out of the bottom... is this software related, anyone else experiencing this? or is it my phone? This is very annoying for playing videos...

2. Is there a way of deleting Verizon apps?... till this moment I have hidden them but I dont want them taking space from my phone...

I noticed that too. And you can't even see the "speaker" at the bottom but can clearly hear it.
