Angry in need of serious help!

Please Login to Remove!

Since last night my phone would be on but the screen stays frozen, I've pulled the battery while I slept thinking it would help and nothing! I have a lock on my phone and I try clicking every button and no action whats so ever. Is there a reset of some way that can help this issue?

Thanks!

yes a battery pull is a reset.
only other way is wiping and reinstalling OS.

Did you drop it? Something had to have happened. What happened prior to the BB behaving in this manner?

So what did you really do just before it began behaving this way?
