when i connected my bb to sync, kaspersky asked me if i wanted to scan for threats. i normally don't but today did. now i can't sync (Intellisync says "unknown error").

according to the kaspersky report it deleted 2 files:
ps.bat
RECYCLER/autorun.exe

is there a quick way to repair this?

PS have tried a battery pull and installing the latest OS. this latter process just takes a few minutes so doesn't appear to be doing the full monty.
