I have a Torch 9860. Am mostly satisfied. A big exception is folder management. I need the ability to create a folder in either the Media or All panel and to be able to move any icon to the folders. Currently, I can create a new folder only witin the All panel and that folder cannot be moved to either Media or made into a Favorite. Am I missing something?

You are not missing anything. You cannot create folders in the Media panel. And you cannot move folders to other panels.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'll see if BB can assist. Crime Stopper tips are forwarded to the device 24/7. In turn, I forward to the appropriate agency using address groups and some 600 contacts. I need more flexibility with folder management.

Well, now you seem to be talking about email folder management which is a completely different thing. (I'm confused that you mentioned the Media panel in your OP and now you appear to be talking about messages.)

You won't be able to do that either on the panels. And the native email application doesn't support folders like that.

Can you give more details?
