I just upgraded my BB9900 OS to 7.1.0.1033 and it is completely bricked.

Any advice or suggestions?

Did you try JL Commander or SAK thats available on this site and they will wipe and rest to Error 507 and then use the apploader.exe from installation. I am having the same issue with 9900 but twice it worked but it keep rebooting in loop

The error indicates a corrupted OS. Download the OS to a PC and try again. Keep the BB plugged into power.
