i've been wanting 10.3 for my q10 to resolve an auto-text date or time issue, but i'm reading lately there are some ring tone / notification issues with it so standing pat for now
at&t is pushing to me today over air a "mandatory" update from 10.2.1.2014 (current) to 10.3.2.440 (1.1GB about 73% downloaded). will be curious to see what all changes come with it
so far mostly ok with new 10.3.2.440. one thing i "really" do not like is the new hub page has a completely whitelit background, and i can't find a way to make the hub appear more normal like before. i find the completely white background irritating and distracting, and i expect it will squander battery life too. also when i have multiple messages in hub, it is a little more tedious now finding the choice to select multiple messages for deletion in a clump. last thing... my outlook calendar reminders are no longer popping up on my q10 for me like before. i have a notifications profile usually set to Normal. there is also now a choice for Meeting. maybe latter would get me my calendar popups back on q10, but worried that might stop (e.g.) phone from ringing audibly. need to test/experiment this weekend, i suppose
friend taught me this. at least gets black background back in [hub] (ac dc now in mind):
There is a funky way to get your dark theme back. Go to Settings; Accessibility and select Reverse Contrast; I like it so far, although your photos will look like negatives when displayed on the device. :-

Reason: edit out some unwanted pasted formatting or numbers
apologies... under BlackBerry Hub Settings / Text Messages, i needed to toggle back to right the switch under Enable Word Substitution. (not sure how i managed to toggle that off before!)
huh, just this afternoon at&t pushed out to me an os upgrade to 10.3.2.556. only 29megs, no trouble accepting/restarting over visitor wifi at work. not sure what benefits this one will have. at least q10's phone still rings fine (and perhaps a little louder, though i'm not sure about that).
I updated my Q10 device to 10.3.2.2229 last week; everything works fine. Finally can also search for contacts by entering only part of the name (didn't work before).
Don't forget to turn off 'diagnostics' to enhance your battery lifetime ;)
