Default Unlimited Text vs Unlimited data

Please Login to Remove!

I just realized after reading some posts that Imaybe confused. I have plan that I share minutes my son, of course he has to have Text mess. But when I switched to my Blackberry I added Unlimited Email and Data, but I believe Im still paying for Unlimited text and Video Messaging for my line also. Is Unlimited data and Unlimited Text really just the same ( So I could cancel unlimited text & picture messaging to my phone?)

Unlimited text and data are NOT the same.

Some carriers have plans that include a certain amount of text messages, but they are usually included with the voice plan, not the data plan.

Sprint's BIS plan includes unlimited text and data - but they are still 2 entirely different functions.

I know some business T-Mo plans include some text messaging, but I don't think any of the personal or family plans do (of course, I could be wrong).

You need both for T-mobile, sms is not part of the data plan.

I believe you meant 19.99

14.99 is unlimited messaging for a single line
19.99 is unlimited messaging for all lines on a family plan
