Hey guys,

I have a blackberry pearl that stopped working today. It's quite the long story but it involves leaving it at a gas station and some nice man returning it to me. Problem is, now it doesn't work and I don't know why. It is a bit dinged up but he said when he found it it was working fine.

I went to check the water mark to see if there is water damage, but I can't find it anywhere. Where is it?

Check the battery ...

under the battery there is one on the housing of the device itself, and on the battery there is one as well.

Yeah, I charged it while I was driving home and nothing... I don't know what it's doing or WHY!

I really don't think has one... unless I am looking for something completely other than ones that I have seen before.

There is a little white square sticker to the right of the SIM card slot. That is actually the water mark. Then there is the one on the end of the battery.

If you don't have one, no worry, your carrier will count it as water-damaged IF the sticker has been removed.
