Im having issues not getting MMS or picture msg. I have enough signal bars 2-3 so i dont think signal is an issue.

i click [menu] and [retrieven now] and all it doesn is flash the msg [! retrieveing content] then nothing happens. Any suggestions?

What i ended up doing is removing and putting back the battery and i was able to finally retrieve the msg. Is that method called a hard or soft reset?

Pulling the battery usually solves those types of problems. Some recommend doing this once every couple of weeks or if problems persist.
