PTT pilot group here. Functionality is pretty good, but why do you have to build a "PTT Phonebook", why can't you pull from your Contacts?
The killer though is battery life. I can't make it through a whole day if I leave PTT active. The PTT app doesn't have a good "presense" manager either (Away, DND, etc.)...you have to go into BlackBerry Options and turn off PTT.
