How to fix? I have an issue where when I receive a Verizon Visual Voice Mail, listen to it and then delete it, it soon re-appears listed in my Message folder, but NOT in the Visual Voice Mail app, and not as a message either. Simply a listing. I now have up to 5 and climbing. I keep deleting them and they keep re-appearing in the Message folder.

I went to my message box online and it is empty.

Any fixes for this glitch?

Try removing the app and re-installing it. Their app does not work very well.

I had the same problem....found that if I delete the message using vvm app and not the message folder...problem went away...had to delete the app and reinstall to remove prev. messages...

In my opinion, You Mail works better and it's free.

I agree w/ zeroG. It's worth giving a try and comparing the two.
