Hey,
So yesterday I went to plug in my blackberry in it's charger. (It wasn't anywhere close to dead I was just charging it for tomorrow) And I left the room for 5 minutes and I came back to find the screen white. Just a plain solid white. My friend messaged me on my facebook and said she was calling me and to answer the phone. It was vibrating and the red light was blinking and I pressed the talk button and I could talk to her. But the screen was still white. I pulled out the battery and put it back in and then it wouldn't turn on. I put it back on the charger and I held down the power button and then it started blinking a pale green light like when it's on low battery but it was charged. I pressed it again and then it went away. Now it's currently on the charger and the solid green light is on but it will not turn on. What's happening?
I have the exact problem, i tried doing the "nuke" directions and it still did not work. My computer recognizes the blackberry when its connected via usb and im able to back it up, but it does not turn on.
It won't turn on.
