Good Day Sir,im Airbean From Phillipines,and I Have A Problem About My Blackberry Unit,its Just That,the Trackball Didnt Function Anymore....i Been Looking This Site Almost 6 Months,and Now I Really Found It..im 26 Yrs Of Age,and My Aunt Give Me At My Birthday Gift. The Blackberry.sad To Say,my Aunt Died On A Car Accedent,so I Dont Where I Find That Trackball? I Cant Move To Any Option...pls Sir,answer My Problem..your The One Who Can Help Me...thank You So Much,,and God Bless..

After your Berry Ballz are clean I would suggest using a Clorox type wipe once or twice a day to wipe down your phone (make sure it is not dripping wet). Aside from disinfecting your phone it will remove the dirt and oils that accumulate on the surface of the phone....
