my 8100 scrolls through the menus automatically. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this

Did any moisture get into it?

no moisture possibly the trackball. Is this easy to replace? how much are they and where to get it from. I also have intermittent problems with bluetooth sometimes it works and then it doesn't not sure why but is this normal with this phone

is it still under warranty? if so, i'd recommend just getting it replaced.
