How do I make the photos stored on my memory card consistently appear as "fill screen" size when viewing them w/in Media on my 8110? I know I can select "fill screen" per viewing each individual photo, but how do I set it to do so consistently? There was a setting to do this on my previous Curve 8310, but I cannot find this option for the 8110.

I don't think there is a way to do this. My experience with my pearl is that it will always resize the picture so that you can view the entire photo and then if you want to see it full screen, you would have to select that option.

Thank you, but is there not a setting to make viewing all photos a default fill screen size?

No, there is no way to do this. You must manually enlarge the photo

If it cannot be done natively, then perhaps a 3rd party viewer can?
