Default My BB Bold lost everything i need serious HELPPP

Please Login to Remove!

so i purchased the bb bold today and i set it up how i wanted it to be. everything was fine until i took the battery out and when i put it back in my music was gone and my pics were gone. my home menu was changed around and it says that my mms and sms apps are failing. how do i go back to it being normal

pull the batter out again it shoudl fix it. this happened to me a couple times where it gets confused when you do a reset..
