Notes I had a screen protector on the unit which I have removed for this sale, so there are *NO* scratches on the screen itself.

If you want some spare screen protectors or an extra USB cable, I'll throw them into the box for you -- no extra charge.

No contract: I bought my way out of Sprint (yes, I paid the penalty) so the unit is ready to be used whenever you want to use it.

Before you ask, the unit works perfectly: I'm just no longer using it at all now that I no longer use Sprint. I switched to TMO and am using a BB Pearl. I get a good TMO signal in my home, unlike the almost-nothing Sprint signal, so I'm not abandoning RIM and the BB -- just Sprint.
