Hi, i just joined and was wondering if anyone could help me with a few questions.

I did search but couldnt find anything.

I go to America soon and where im staying has free wifi, my questions are:

- will i be charged for using free wifi?
- can i still use bbm when im in america or will i be charged?
- can i still use the facebook and twitter apps for free?

What device do you have? Your profile says 8530 yet you posted int he 8300 section of the Forum. The 8300 is not WIFI capable, the 8530 is.

Free WiFi is free WiFi.

If you have an active BB data plan on your account and a connection to RIM via WiFI, then you will have BBM access, FB and twitter - maybe. It depends on your carrier and the type plan you have.
