Hiya..I'm new to the forums and I kinda have a problem with my blackberry. I have a blackberry pearl 8100 from T-Mobile and currently the problem with my blackberry is my top buttons don't work example: the top 5 buttons and I cannot click anything with the track ball and my multi items button won't click either and the button with enables the voice dialing doesn't work I mean I click it and it don't do anything...Please help. I had this problem earlier and I fixed it by turning my phone off and back on. But now I do it, it is still the same ><

If it isn't moisture or physical damage or hardware failure . . . Try a hard reset (remove the battery for 30+ seconds). See if that fixes it.
