Hello everyone,

Our company is new to the BlackBerry realm. We are currently running a GroupWise BES, (4.0) and an Exchange BES. Since we have just started with the BlackBerry right now we are maintaining a list of users, inventory etc manually, (spreadsheet).

The problem I am having is that we would like to be able to export the handheld user list from the GroupWise BES so that we can pull it into a spreradsheet, so far my research has come up with nothing.

Does anyone know if this can be done and if so how to do it?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go into the Handheld Management Section of the consol and select all users. Then Clik Export Asset summary Data. This will give you a list of users and their PIN.

In BES 4.0 + Domino there is a domino database called "User Profiles" with a list of user and some characteristics and statistics. I wonder that in Exchange there is a similar DB also. You'll find there the info that yo're looking for.
