Thanks! Verizon just called me back and said that RIM has confirmed an outage, but didn't give me any details. I still can't login to the BIS to push any service books or see my accounts and the Verizon rep just tried on her end and nothing. If it's just me, then I guess its a RIM-VZW (in PA) issue.
I have gotten some emails in 'drips and drabs', like an old school BIS outage, though!
