Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to get a screenshot from a blackberry handheld ?

The reason i ask is that we have an ereor message and RIM have asked for a screenshot of the error.

Nothing on the BB itself, but perhaps, with the right lighting, a picture from a hi res digital camera?

That's strange. I probably spend as much time on the phone with RIM as any 5 people here combined and they've never asked me for a screenshot of a device.
