Angry Help with boss's blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, i have NO idea about blackberrys. My boss has 18 pics in his, and he cannot save anymore to it. Surely they can hold more than that? I went into his media card (from just reading some previous posts on here), and it says his total space is 964.4mb and his free space is 964.3.

When he takes a pic, it tells him he cannot save it says "File System Full"...what is going on with that? He has one 10 second video stored.

Also, is there a way to get pictures off his blackberry onto the computer using a usb cable? I tried that today, and it brings up the folder "pictures" but it's empty on the computer screen.

he's really frustrated with this, so I thought I would help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Open the Camera on the BB > Menu (the key left of the trackball) > Options.

Scroll down to view where he is saving the pictures from the camera. It should be to the Media Card folder, NOT to the device memory. Change to Media Card and SAVE.

That ^^ done, now go to the Media Icon on the BB > press Menu again > Explore and drill down through the menus to the Device Memory > Pictures > etc., and IF there are pictures in there, scroll over the name of the file and press Menu > Move and move the picture to the Media Card. Just navigate back up through the menus to Media Card > Pictures, etc. It will take a few minutes to do 18 of them.

Yes. Desktop Manager has to be installed on the PC. Once the pictures are on the media card, you can use Windows Explorer to drag and drop them to the computer. See here for an explanation.

How do I add media files to my microSD card? - BlackBerryFAQ

The same process works for moving the files from the media card to the computer.
