Help! recently acquired a unlocked BB storm which I'm using with Tmobile, all was well until the keyboard went missing, can't send text email or dial put to new No's, I've gone into the menu's and can't find the show/hide keyboard function, any suggestions please,

Remove the battery and reboot the device.

Then, in any screen such as the Address Book, > New Contact, does the screen come up?

If not, press Menu > scroll to the bottom the menu > Show Keyboard.
