Hi - Plasmic Theme builder only seems to support export to 8300,8700, and 8800.

Is there anything that I can use to make themes for the Pearl or Bold?

Which version of Theme Builder do you have? The newest is 4.7. I suggest you download and install again--the Pearl has been supported for a long time.
