Default International BIS Problems

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

I work for a company who does a lot of work with Blackberry Devices and mobile e-mail synchronization through a third party-application. Normally we utilize the BIS connection but we are seeing a lot of connection issues coming from using the BIS connection. While these users are able to successfully navigate the web from their handheld it still throws us HTTP errors upon synchronization. After further testing, we are finding that our users in the United States do not experience this problem. Affected countries include England, United Arab Emirites, Canada, Greece, etc. Has anyone by chance heard of any issues with BIS in these countries? I've been searching around for the past 2 days with little luck?

Thank You
