I'm having problems with my blackberry being slow and having this hour glass in the screen. I don't have anything running in the background either. I was told you can clear the history some how and that that should free up it's space. Any one have any helpful tips? Thanks

I'm not sure which history you mean, and not sure you'll clear that much memory, relatively speaking.

What is your free memory? Look in options > status. What is it after you do a hard reset?

The hour glass usually means something is pending. Are you sure there are no apps running?
