Couple questions in regards to my 8110:

Is there a way to set up the phone to send a copy of all texts to a email account automatically for review later?

Can I set up the phone to store all texts on the SIM card instead of the phones internal memory?

Actually, yes there is. I use this program to send copies of all of my SMS texts sent and received to an email and it does it in real time.

txtForward: Automatically Forward SMS text messages from Android, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile to email

Thank you Wavester. I checked out the site and can not determine if I can read the texts as usual and also have them forwarded. Also, Frankly, I am looking to keep track of my daughters messages (she is 13) without having to handle her phone everynite, sooo, can this system be installed in such a way that she does not know (unless she did some heavy digging) the messages are being copied to a email account?

Ah. So you are reading your daughter's text messages and not your own? Would that not be more of a privacy and trust issue?

Highpoint, I understand what you're trying to do. The best thing you will discover is just what Dubdub said -- talk to her. Tell her you will be installing the text forwarding application. Be honest with her front up on what you're doing. That will allow her to be honest with you.
