I mean not on the 4 icons on the bottom i mean as actually open the whole time that way i can see it everytime i look at my BB??

The only solution that comes to mind is possibly setting your phone to use a "Today" style theme. It has five applications on the home screen with a little information about whats in each one right underneath it. Switch to a Today theme and you'll see what I mean...
