just uploading my new blackberry with the cd i was given so i could download song etc, half way through by mistake i pull the usb out my phone and now i have lost all info i have tried turning it on and off again takeing the battery out and turning the phone back on with no succes all that appears on the screen is a white screen witch says

when i go on options a error msg appears

What is the error message?

Do you have a backup?

Have you tried a battery pull?

My guess is that there are one or more corrupted files and you need to reload the OS which will wipe everything. If you don't have a backup, then all your data is probably lost.
