Hi guys, I've downaloded the trial version and when I want to see my contact in the programme, it shows that I have 0 contact. My phone is dead due to water and I try to regain my contact fotr another phone.

Any clue of what is going on ?!

Did you make a Backup of the BlackBerry before it died?

Did you do a full backup of the device with BlackBerry Desktop Manager?
Are you opening THAT backup file (with the .IPD file extension) in ABC Amber?
