Default Green LED (not coverage indicator)

Please Login to Remove!

Can anyone help please?

Earlier, while on a website, my BB froze. I ended up having to reset it, by removing the battery, something I have done previously with no issues.

The BB came back on when I replaced the battery, but since then the annoying green led keeps flashing. Not continuously, just about every minute or so for about 6 flashes.

At first I thought it must be the LED coverage indicator, so went to options, screen/keyboard, to disable, but it was set to "no", so it can't be that.

Anyone any idea what this is and how to stop it?

EDIT - I now think it MIGHT be the LED coverage indicator as the flashing seems to co-incide with the arrows that come up when it's picking up a signal. However LED coverage indicator is definitely set to OFF!!

Aaargh!

do another battery pull.
or set LED coverage to ON, save, then OFF, save.

Thanks for the reply.

Have tried both of those (a few times now, just to be sure!) and it's still flashing!

Your battery isn't near dead is it? When the battery is near dead, the LED will flash (green or yellow or clear or something).
