What exactly are you trying to do?

I assume you want to sync something with Outlook and the BB.

Can you provide more information. What are you trying to sync and with what app?

FYI, this is not a RIM support site. We are just volunteers and BB enthusists.

I'm trying to sync my blackberry 8900 with outlook on my mac using the desktop manager. I'm able to sync everything (calendar/mail) but contacts gets about 75% of the way through and comes up with the error provided.

I wasn't able to get help from tech support, so I figured I'd ask if anyone else had faced this problem and found a solution.
