Could really use help here. THe local AT&T folks are scatching heads w/o a solution. Downloaded newest Blackberry software. After hours (3+) the phone locked up and desktop software message read that it could not communicate with phone. I was told to get JlCmder. What and where? Does anyone know this works?
Thank you!

How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder? - BlackBerryFAQ

What to do next if Jl Cmder will not connect and wipe - BlackBerryFAQ

Follow the directions exactly. JL_CMDER will wipe the device software and leave you with the no device software error code. Then reinstall the OS.

Welcome to the group!
