Hi all, first post here as trying to fix girlfriends bold for her.
She was originally getting white screen with error 523 and reset, using posts from here i used javaloader and got dir, deleted the mms bit as alot of posts regarded that as issue. From there it now boots into Blackberry Platform 5.1.0.147 screen. If im quick i can move highlight down but then it freezes with Standby Manager Not Initialised Error. Sometimes it then goes to another message saying Java.Lang error
Ive also deleted some berryweather,horroscope, and poynt apps but thats all i can see on there
Any ideas what else to try please, she doesnt want to wipe it if possible as there are some photos saved on phone that she wants

i would try and upgrade the os to the latest as this will preserver all the files on the device but should fix whatevers wrong with it.
