Blackberry msgs default to bottom with cursor, have to scroll all way up to read.

very annoying especially if you get a large msg. is their a way to make the cursor appear on the actuall begining of message? Many times i get big reminders and the cursor by default ends up at the bottom of the message meaning i have to scroll all the way up.
