Hi i have a blackberry storm 9520 v5.0.0.497
and a new laptop with windows 7 64bit german language
i installed blackberry desktop manager 6.0.0.43
when i tried to connect my blackberry to the pc.. in NOT mass storage mode,
it searches and find my blackberry in desktop manager..
and the 2 drives (blackberry memory and memory card)
when i try to move some things from my memory card to pc in windows mannager, it only works for a few secconds after that it switches on and of showing the memory card and not showing the memory card.
if i want to use BB desktopmanager to do this it gives a message i have to connect my BB in mass storage mode and reconnect
but when i switch to mass storage function my pc crashes with blue screen.

any one els have this problem or a sollution to this??
please help??
