ok , so a friend of mine has recently upgraded thier blackberry curve 8520 to software version 5.0. they have had to download blackberry app world again, and now when they go onto the account section it says something needs to be installed , so they click install and it says "cannot install now try again later?"

so I am trying to help them out, could somebody please tell me what the problem is and how it can be solved .

Do they have a Blackberry data plan or bolt on activated on their account? If so, have they resent service books (see the FAQ for how to do it)?

What has to be installed - that is an important part?
