I cannot figure this out, and it's been so long that I can't remember when things changed, from working great to this..

Here's the problem

I want my phone to ring for all calls using (for this example) anything BUT classic ring tone. and for some reason, no matter what I do, it only rings with classic ring tone. I've tried different profiles and changed the ringers to anything but classic ring tone...

I even WIPED my berry completely. Now I have no contacts, no one to have any custom ring tones attached, no one to be an "Important Call" -- and STILL... it'll only ring.. classic ring tone.


any ideas ?

Unfortunately, I've gone through that and tried, but it's still not working...... There is a qwirk though.....

I have 2 "Phones" in my list of notification apps... both have my one phone number listed next to them... and under both "phones" I have changed the ring tones.

Still nothing....

weird question, but is your phone plugged in via usb while you're doing all of this? mine always rings the default one if it's plugged in.
