Question unread deleted items

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all new to the forum hoping to get an anser to an issue we having:

- If the blackberry is off (8800)
- the user reads an email(s) in Outlook and then deletes them
- this moved the Read emails to the deleted items which is normal!
- The blackberry is switched on and all the read deleted emails that was deleted in outlook become unread in deleted items?

I have only seen this happening on one user, he has has a new blackberry but still the problem occurs?

we also use BES 4.1.4

anyone got any ideas?
