Here's what I tried:

1. converted videos per video thread here and I copied them to Blackberry\videos folder
2. Launch Media -> Videos
3. Select All Videos - 1 file named "Blackberry"
4. Go back and select My Videos - * No Videos *
5. Go back and select Sample Videos - 1 file named "Blackberry"
6. Go to video camera and record a short clip.
7. While saving clip, I see the files I copied to videos folder
8. Go back to All Videos - 1 file named "Blackberry". Don't even see the clip I just recorded?!?

What gives?

sugar, are you still plugged into the USB cable while looking?

If you have Mass Storage Mode enabled on your Media Card, the videos, music etc, stuff on your Media Card will not be viewable from the BB until it is disconnected from the PC.

No, it's unplugged. Media app\card seem to work fine otherwise. Files that I've copied to Blackberry\music, Blackberry\ringtones and Blackberry\pictures all are visible in their respective apps. Don't know what's up with videos folder.

Put the same videos on my wife's 8100 in videos folder and it worked fine. seems like i can't make media app look on card for videos
